Hey there! I’m Jeni.

This is my Wedding story.

Nearly 30 years ago, I was where you are now. I was planning my wedding to my high school sweetheart, Tim, working full time and trying my best to figure out the wedding details without driving myself insane. We were just out of high school, living in our first apartment and being “adults” for the first time.

Like you, we researched all the details from wedding location to reception, cake, photography, dinner and honeymoon plans. We wanted everything to go smoothly so that we could celebrate with family and friends our new beginning as husband and wife. We were meticulous with the planning and every dollar spent needed to help us bring our dream celebration to life. At the time, we questioned whether we needed a professional photographer since disposable film cameras were all the rage and everyone could join in on the fun of capturing our day!

But as the whirlwind of planning unfolded, we realized how quickly our day would be over. And oh boy, did that day fly by! At the end of the night, I remember thinking how I wished that I could go back in time to be a fly on the wall to watch everything. I wanted to be able to look back on things and appreciate the details of everything that went into our special day. Photography allowed us to do just that!

Now, almost 30 years later, I am so grateful that we prioritized working with a professional photographer! We used those disposable cameras at our reception, but ended up with a lot of random pictures that just weren’t very good while the professional photos truly captured the joy we felt that day. It was a relief to know that I could revisit the day any time I wanted just by looking through our album.

What is the investment?

Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life so far. When you work with Giftbox Creations Photography, you won’t have to worry about whether the pictures turned out or if the special moments were captured. I work with each couple to get to know them so well that I can practically anticipate their desires. We work together to lay out the photography timeline and review key moments to be captured.

Wedding collections include all the digital files along with an heirloom quality album and custom print products based on the collection you choose. Weddings packages start at $3,200 with the option to customize. Upon reaching out, I will share an introduction magazine with you to provide more information about what it is like to work with me. Then, we will meet to discuss your dream wedding and I will answer any questions that you may have. It’s important for us to meet to get to know each other so that we can all be assured that your dreams can come to life.
